Reason #1:

 We Can’t Do The Work For You.

 

Getting  the body you want (and keeping it once you’ve got it) takes real work.  There’s no way around it.

 

It’s YOUR responsibility to do that work..  There isn’t another person on the planet (including us) who can do it for you.

 

Will we design a comprehensive plan specifically for you and your individual needs?  Will we give you kick ass, fat torching workouts and build your nutrition program?  Will we hold you accountable?

 

YES, YES, and YES!

 

But NONE of that means a damn thing if you aren’t willing to put in  the work consistently.

 

If you think you can “go through the motions”  and expect your unwanted body fat and inches to magically disappear, you are sorely mistaken… And there’s NOTHING we can do for you.

 

The only way we can help you is if you’re willing to put in the work.    Unfortunately, “most” women aren’t.

On top of this, most “diets” sell a “quick fix” or “easy button” type of solution.   Add to this that most aren’t sustainable over the long haul… Is it any wonder why so many women “Yo-Yo”?

 

This is why we HATE “diets” and don’t believe in them.

 

Instead, we educate our clients about food and teach them how to make sustainable lifestyle changes so they not only get rid of their unwanted fat but keep it off forever.

 

We ONLY work with women who are committed to achieving their goals the “right way”…

1.  High intensity, group functional fitness classes (up to 20 women)

 

2.   Semi-Exclusive Personalized sessions (1-3 women)

 

3.  Exclusive 1 on 1 Personal sessions

 

While most of our clients utilize a combination of the above formats, it’d be impossible to know what option(s) is most suitable for you until we actually get to know you and understand your personal situation/ personal variables (see “Foundational Truth #3).

 

Regardless of the format used to deliver your workouts, your calories burned are recorded with an activity tracker that’s equipped with a heart rate monitor…

 

And since we give all our clients an activity tracker to keep, you’ll record your calories burned inside and outside the gym!

 

This allows us to get more accurate data on your total number of calories burned day in and day out to ensure you’re achieving a deficit and in your optimal fat burning zone consistently!

Pillar 2:

Your Workouts

 

“Foundational Truth #2” says that in order to burn fat and lose inches, you must be in caloric deficit.
