Q: When will you build my customized fat loss and nutrition plan?

A: We set up a time to meet and have you come into the studio to discuss your goals, learn about you and your personal variables, and build your plan. This process typically takes 60-90 minutes and it is scheduled at your convenience.

Q: What are classes like? What type of exercises will I be doing?

A. They get you moving, get you sweating, and get you burning calories!  We utilize a variety of functional movements and combine them in unique and challenging workouts that are different everyday.

Your body will be the primary piece of equipment used in our workouts.  We also incorporate kettlebells, dumbbells, battling ropes, medicine balls, plyo boxes, rowing, biking, and trx into a wide variety of fun, fat burning workouts!

All our workouts can be scaled to accommodate you regardless of your fitness level.

Q: How does membership work?

A:  The process of becoming a member begins with a detailed planning session so we can learn more about you, your goals, your personal variables, and unique needs.  Before accepting new members we take the time to ensure we’re a good fit for each other by getting to know one another.

Assuming we’re a good fit and we decide to take you on as a client, our monthly membership fee starts at $29/week.  (Note: Your rate would ultimately depend on the level of membership (and corresponding level of personal service) that best serves you and your needs which we would determine together during our initial planning session.)

Q: Can I try a Workout before becoming a member?

A:  Yes…  We actually require it as it’s part of the initial assessment we take all potential clients through.  We typically run you through a 1 on 1 workout as part of your personalized planning session.  We do also allow potential clients to try a group session after meeting with us.  Details on how to claim your planning session and workout can be found HERE.

Q:  How do I set up my training sessions?  Do I have to register for classes/sessions?

A: Yes, you will need to register for BOTH group sessions and semi private sessions (done through app on your smartphone.) All available sessions are listed on our schedule.  Group sessions have a limit of 20 participants. Semi-Private sessions are limited to 4 women (when available). Spots are available on a “first come, first served basis

Q: I heard membership is limited… Is this true?

A: Yes. Given the amount of personal attention we give our clients, we have a limit to the number of clients we’ll accept.  It’s also why we take the time to make sure we’re a good fit for the clients we do take on and vice versa.

Q: What makes Leanify Method Fitness different from other gym’s/studios?

A: Our TOFL methodology and the level of personal service we provide our clients.  We provide our clients with a fully integrated approach to achieving their body composition goals that involves a detailed planning process, workouts, nutrition and accountability coaching.

However rather than try to convince you how great we are, we’d prefer to show you we can help you by actually helping you… Enter you info and see how we do that HERE
